My Elevator Pitch
I was asked over the weekend to describe my books and the series. I have always struggled to come up with a decent "Elevator Pitch", I'm always worried that it sounds too weird or comes off like a fluffy, "Watership Down" or "Wind In The Willows" type of story. It's not. It has death, survival and real world issues. All seen through the eyes of Special Forces soldiers. They just happen to be Badgers.
"It’s a war story, but with a twist. It’s set in a future where humans are no longer dominant, and animals like badgers, foxes, and bears have evolved. They’ve built their own societies and armies, and now they’re fighting over territory, survival, and ideology. It’s got the grit and realism of modern military fiction, but it’s also about loyalty, leadership, and how history keeps repeating itself"
